  • have an epsom salt bath or a bubble bath or a hot shower 
  • watch planet earth
  • do yoga 
  • eat some ice cream or a smoothie 
  • ramble or doodle in your journal 
  • vent to someone you care about and empty your mind 
  • go for a long walk 
  • download the “relax lite” app and listen to it
  • read a good book 
  • light a scented candle 
  • scroll through your favourite blog
  • text or call someone you miss (they probably miss you too) 
  • buy some flowers 
  • bake cupcakes or brownies or muffins or cake 
  • sit outside and look at the sky for a little while 
  • make a playlist or listen to a good one
  • generate as many positive thoughts as you can - remember you are beautiful and important and matter to someone
